This is the weight that is measured after the carcase has been cleaned and hung for a few days.
*The is a small delivery charge if delivered outside our "free delivery zone"

Portion sizes packed to suit your requirements. Meat can be Pre-Frozen.
Meat is hung for approximately 2 weeks. Pick up date to be arranged according to availability of meat and the processors work load.
Terms: A 20% deposit is required with your order and payment is strictly COD or can be paid into our account prior to the day of delivery.
