PRICING FOR FULL OR HALF CARCASE  

$7.00 per kg(cold carcase weight)

$1.00 per kg for packaging or $1.50 per kg Cryovac (Giles Butcher Trafalgar) WHAT IS CRYOVAC?

Eye Fillet, Porterhouse, Scotch, Topside Roast, Silverside Roast, Rump, Round, Blade, Oyster, Mince & sausages unless otherwise arranged. (Pickled Silverside available upon request)

Portion sizes packed to suit your requirements. Meat can be Pre-Frozen.

If you would prefer to use your own butcher, we can arrange to have the carcase delivered to him/her. All portion arrangements and packaging costs would then be at your discretion and your responsibility. Note: GST is applicable with this arrangement.

Meat is hung for approximately 2 weeks. Pick up date to be arranged according to availability of meat and the processors work load.  

Gregory's Red Angus prides itself on producing fine quality Red Angus meat. If for any reason you are not happy, please let us know immediately.
