Eye Fillet, Porterhouse, Scotch, Topside Roast, Silverside Roast, Rump, Round, Blade, Oyster, Mince & sausages unless otherwise arranged. (Pickled Silverside available upon request)
Portion sizes packed to suit your requirements. Meat can be Pre-Frozen.

If you would prefer to use your own butcher, we can arrange to have the carcase delivered to him/her. All portion arrangements and packaging costs would then be at your discretion and your responsibility. Note: GST is applicable with this arrangement.
Meat is hung for approximately 2 weeks. Pick up date to be arranged according to availability of meat and the processors work load.
